Gin tastes better in the Blue Hour
A photo contest centred around the “Blue Hour” – and a delicious gin that is served during this magical hour.
For our customer Bacardi, we created the “Bombay Sapphire Blue Hour”. This was a competition in which Straub & Straub called on photographers to capture the blue hour in German cities.
Hundreds of submissions provided us with great images. In cooperation with the photographers, we made these images available to interested media outlets such as the Hamburger Abendblatt (“Hamburg Blue Hour”), the Berliner Morgenpost (“When Berlin’s Blue Hour Strikes) and the Frankfurter Neue Presse (“The Ice Blue Project”). This resulted in widespread reporting and media cooperation.
We can say with pride here at Straub & Straub that this competition was definitely one of the most beautiful in the history of our agency.
